New Tanya Burr Cosmetics Review & Swatches! ♡

Hey!
So today's post is very exciting because I'm going to be showing you some of the new Tanya Burr makeup products that I picked up the other day! I was so excited when I read on Tanya's blog that she was bringing out more products to add to her collection, as I am a big fan of all the other products that she has released! Soooooo when I saw the new collection on a shelf in Superdrug, I had to pick up a couple of things!

The products I decided on in the end were the "Hollywood Eye Palette" and also the "I Found Nemo" lipgloss. As a huge Disney fan of course I had to get the one with Nemo in it :)

So the first thing I love about the products is the packaging! The pink and gold on the eyeshadow palette is dreamy, and the gold lid on the lipgloss looks fab! I also love how the mirror in the palette is a love heart, little touches like that make me super happy!
The lip glosses are so long wearing and not sticky at all. The colours come out really vibrant on your lips. They also smell minty, and each lip gloss costs £5.99.
The eyeshadow palette - definitely my favourite! The names of all the shades are really cute, my favourite probably being "enchantment." The eyeshadows are really pigmented, and are quite long-lasting. When I used them I applied an eyeshadow base first because otherwise eyeshadows generally don't stay on my eyelid, so I'm not sure how they are without a base.
The palettes all cost £6.00, which I think is amazing!

So I really hope you enjoyed this post, leave me a comment below if you have bought anything from the range, or if you have your eye on any of the products!

Tanya's new range can be found in Superdrug and the FeelUnique website! Also, Tanya uploaded a tutorial with her using the Hollywood palette I showed in this post, as well as some of her lip glosses so here is a link to that video!

Mid-August Favourites! ♡

Hiya!
This weeks post is going to be my mid August favourites. I can't believe how quickly this month is going and we are nearly going into Autumn which is crazy! Summers nearly over and I will be going back to school soon. *cries.* Anyway, here's what I'm currently loving this month!

Life With A Sprinkle of Glitter Book
So I'm going to put my hands up straight away and say  I don't really enjoy reading very much at all. But when I was in Waterstones and saw this on the shelf I knew that I would love it, being by one of my favourite youtubers, Sprinkle of Glitter! Louise's fun personality really shows through in her book, and there were times where I found myself giggling at some of the things she said. There are chapters in there for everyone, like beauty, pampering, body confidence and love. My favourite was probably the "Glitz" section, it really put me in the mood for a pamper evening! :)

Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water
"Oh not this product again" I hear you say. Yep, I know. Every single beauty blogger and youtuber out there has talked about this product A LOT, and I'm about to too :)
Hearing this product being mentioned SO many times on blog posts or videos, I felt like I had to give it a go. So off I went to boots, and picked up the small bottle as it was my first time with it. I was a bit worried that my skin would react badly to it, because I have had that with a previous Garnier product before. BUT I LOVE IT! It breaks down your makeup a real treat, and makes the whole removing makeup process a lot quicker as you can use it on your eyes and your face!

Real Techniques Blush Brush.
Being a huge fan of real techniques brushes and starting to get into wearing blusher, this brush seemed like the way to go. And boy was it the right way too. This brush is so so so soft (just like all the others) and is the perfect size and shape for your cheek bones. It gathers just enough product on the brush to create the perfect flush of colour to your cheeks. Yay!

Benefit Total Moisture Facial Cream
So, not so long ago Benefit released their line of skincare products. As you may have seen if you read my May favourites, I raved about their eye make-up remover, which I love. Now I'm back, 3 months later talking about their amazing moisturiser! I have been using a mini size which got in a big Benefit skincare kit (blog post on that soon) for a while now, and have fallen in love with it! It's really hydrating and since using it, my dry skin has improved a lot. It also has a lovely scent, which makes it even more lovely to put on!

Urban Decay Primer Potion
Good bye creasing eyeshadow, hello perfect eye makeup! This little tube of joy fell into my basket after a trip to Debenhams and im so impressed with it! It keeps your eye makeup on for hours, and keeps creases away too, which is fab!

That was a little bit of a long post, congrats if you read til the end :) See you in my next post!

The No-Bump Bobble! ♡

Hey guys!
So this post is going to be all about a discovery I made whilst reading some blog posts, called the No-Bump Bobble! Being someone with thick, mid-length hair the idea of strong but cute hair bobbles interested me straight away. After having a long old browse on their online shop and seeing they had Disney ones, I was sold straight away! :)
The people behind the company are so friendly,as I had a chat with them on instagram about their Disney ranges. The delivery was also really quick, which is an added bonus!
Here are the ones which I bought:

 From left: 60p, 60p, 60p, 40p, 60p.

These bobbles are great for your hair because they are snag-free, and they create no bumps in your hair when you put them in! Hooray!
Also, you can pick 5 different bobbles for £3, including delivery. They would be perfect to give to friends as gifts too!

All in all I'm really happy with them and would definitely recommended them if your looking for fun but high quality hair ties! :)

See you in my next post!

A New Discovery ♡

So recently after taking a well-needed trip to Primark, I was in the beauty section, when I saw this weird looking thing sat on the shelf. After picking it up, I saw that it was a facial cleansing pad (ooh la la.) Before I had been looking at some more facial cleansing systems online, but the price had put me off, most starting at about £80. But you would never guess how much this was. £1.50. So immediately that went straight in my basket (I do love that vine) and I was so excited to try it out that evening!

When you first feel the bristles they are so soft! You would think that being plastic they would be really hard, and hurt your skin but they don't at all! The reason why I love this so much is because I have oily spot prone skin, and with one use the next morning my skin looked clearer! I was so shocked that it had cleared my spots slightly, so the product must of cleaned my pores really well!

All in all I am so impressed with this cleansing pad, and for £1.50, how can you go wrong?

See you next time!
